The kitchen and family room traded locations in this vintage home, allowing the family to entertain, and to spread out together at the large island.
Robin worked with the client to develop a comprehensive custom kitchen plan and cabinetry design, including setting priorities, creating and revising drawings, and selecting finishes.
A family of 5, including a parent (a busy local realtor), three kids, and a grandparent.
The client originally expected to place the stove on the wall perpendicular to the island. Once Robin walked her through the trade-offs associated with this stove position, the client realized that her space planning needs wouldn’t be met, and chose to place the stove on the long wall instead.
Making selections and working with a professional designer to bring all of the client's various ideas together into the final refined design.
